As a mother of two children in New Hanover County, Brittnei has experienced firsthand the challenges families face. Her son’s journey with an IEP taught her how critical it is to ensure every student receives the individualized support they need, while her daughter’s experience with bullying reinforced her determination to make schools safer and more respectful for all.
